I really bought this pan for my husband since he has two large cast irons and wanted a small one. I found it smaller than I would have liked but it's great for a small meal for one person. It's a real bachelor-type pan that would be good for someone dorming at college. Pair it with a good cast iron cook book and this is a pan for all seasons.
