I bought this knife for a cheap price. It came in and it was sharp but not to my expectations. So I sharpened it with my Work Sharp Knife sharpener and this knife holds a great edge. I carved 3 deep-fried turkeys with this knife, steak, pork and chopped veggies for my BBQ. Great knife all the way around for the price and from one of the best All-American made companies in the US. I haven't had this very long, but the few times I've used it have been a pleasure. I wanted a not-too-expensive knife to use with my grill and smoker, and have been very happy with this one. Saw the BBQ Pit boys using one, and knew I had to have one!
