Customer Review: Not all that is cracked up to be...

I purchased this product and just used it for the first time tonight. One of the porcelain butter holders is cracked and useless and the tea lights are too close to the bottom of the porcelain holders so it chars the underside of the container and it takes a few minutes to wipe off the char marks before I put the holders in the dishwasher. If that is not enough, the containers overheat and burn the butter after 3-5 minutes of lighting the tea lights, so you have to constantly blow out and relight the candles or YOUR BUTTER WILL BURN or just waste a whole stick of butter and fill the container to the top. If you have ever eaten a pound of crab legs, it takes about 20-35 minutes and it only adds to the frustration of eating crab legs to begin with. Also, the tea lights that it came with are almost used up after one dinner. On a positive note, the tools that the unit came with and the crab crackers work great. I will purchase the stainless steel units now. 99% of the things that I purchase on Amazon are great. This product is not. I could never recommend this product.
