Customer Review: A litle disappointed.....

Decided to try these bowls recently based on the other reviews. Shipping was prompt. At first inspection they seemed to be fine, although a bit smaller than I had hoped (7",8" &9"). Even after an initial hand wash before use, one bowl had a distinct flavor of machine oil that took a couple of washes to remove. The stainless inner bowl also tends to allow food to stick more than other older stainless bowls that I have. It takes a lot of hand scrubbing to unstick food particles. The dishwasher hardly phased it.
The outer colored plastic bowl seems a waste except that it holds the non-slip O-ring that is useful. Lids are very rigid, but seal well.
Not bad bowls, just disappointing.
