This OXO Swivel Peeler is like the proverbial "little black dress". An essential that is sometimes overlooked in the kitchen. Feels great in the hand & what's more important is the fact that it does such a great job. The first peeler I've found that will pare a tomato without cutting the pulp and works just as great on peaches. No more scalding and plunging in ice water to precipitate the loosening of their skins. A "must have" for every kitchen!
