Customer Review: Accurate and Easy to Read

I'm on my second OXO oven thermometer. The face on my first one cracked somehow making it difficult to read, so I purchased a different, cheaper brand thermometer to replace it.
Before I threw out the cracked OXO, however, I put both thermometers into the oven to test for accuracy. Either they were both accurate, or both inaccurate the the exact same degree. I'm going to assume accuracy.
After several months of using the new one, I gave up. It had a solid face, making it impossible to read with the oven door closed. It was a great idea on the part of OXO to make it out of translucent glass. It is very easy to read with the oven light on.
My only complaint is how it attaches to the oven rack. As someone else mentioned, if you bump it with your pan, it will fall off. If they would fix that, it would be a five-star item.
