It's a cake tester, what can I say except that it is metal, dishwasher safe, and is great for bundt cakes which tend to be deeper than a tooth pick. In fact that's the reason I purchased it.Customer Review: does it's job

Good, I like the handle, not those cheap plastic kind/more wire. The tip does bend, but it's not a huge deal if it's not completely straight. Other wise it's a pretty nice cake tester.Customer Review: caketester

This is a must in any household that bakes anything. Just insert the cake tester into the middle of the cake and if cake sticks tothe tester its not done yet. great product
