I had the same exact problem as the other reviewer. I can't believe they still have this product available on their site, with multiple problems reported! I also ordered the bucket, received a cheese slicer, and contacted customer service only to be sent another cheese slicer. I expected better from Amazon! When I contacted customer service again at that point, I was told my order was cancelled, because they were unable to figure out the problem with this item, and yet here it is, still available! I would not recommend ordering this product, since you have no idea what you will get!
