Yeah, you're not gonna get a true "frozen margarita" with this machine. It's more like a margarita slush, but that doesn't really bother me too much. It works ok. It's basically a glorified blender. You can actually probably buy a blender that will crush ice (along with many more functions) for the same price. But the advantage of this machine is that you can make like... a gallon and a half of margaritas. Works great for pina coladas too. IT DOES NOT FREEZE OR KEEP DRINKS FROZEN. It does keep it pretty cold though. My suggestion if you want a more "frozen" drink is to make ice cubes with your drink mix rather than using ice. It's kind of a pain in the butt, but your drinks will turn out much better. Got it for Christmas and I've made about 4 buckets full already. Overall I'm happy with this product.
