We bought one and it lasted just over 3 months. The part where you add the popcorn didn't warm up enough to pop the popcorn. We were given one as a gift. It did the same thing. We didn't over use it. Only a couple of times a week. When I emailed the company, they never responded. Don't buy this product. It only has a short warranty.Customer Review: Extremely Happy

I sent this item to my family in Wisconsin and they love it, make having popcorn so much easier and healthier. The kids love to watch it popping too! I was also extremely happy with the ability to order it on line and have it mailed directly to them! Made purchasing a breeze and will do this again in the future! When my popper arrived yesterday, I unpacked it and popped a batch. It worked well but was a little loud. I decided to have friends over and watch a movie last night. The popper never heated up. This Nostalgia KPM-508 old Fashioned Kettle Popcorn was been a big disappointment. I used this product less than 10 times since I first got it in July. Today this product stopped working. This popcorn popper was exactly what I was looking for. I use it for library programs with the Teens and on our movie days. It pops about your average amount a bit more than a bag of microwave popcorn. It is easy to use and clean up. the show and smell is the best part of this unit.
