Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Northern Industrial #12 Electric Meat GrinderCustomer Review: Great for pet food and human alike! Summary: 5 Stars
I really love having a meat grinder I've always wanted one and this meets all my needs. I make my own pet food and the pets love it. I also use it to make my own ground meats. They are healthier and taste better, and I think my favorite part is that my ground beef is red all the way through. It doesn't turn brown in the middle like store bought meat!
Customer Review: DO NOT BE CONFUSED Summary: 1 Stars
There is an item IDENTICAL to this one, but made by Oriental Company called TASIN. If you are expecting commercial quality, and most powerful electric meat grinder, go with TASIN. It has 1200 WATT MOTOR POWER. It will grind just about everything from deer, elk, whole chicken with bones and nuts. TS-108 SUPER GRINDER is what you want.
Customer Review: NT Grinder Summary: 5 Stars
I picked this grinder based on consumer reviews I read here. It performed exactly like the reviewers said. I grinded raw chicken with the bones and it did a excellent job. I got it all ground up in less than 15 minutes! It took me longer to cut the chicken into pieces to fit the grinder than to grind it.
Customer Review: workhorse Summary: 5 Stars
I use this grinder to primarily make dog food or sausage. It handles both jobs easily. The only suggestion I would have is to cover the main body and buttons with syran wrap to prevent juices from getting into the buttons and cord compartment. It will also make cleanup easier.
Customer Review: Great for making dog food! Summary: 5 Stars
We got this a few months ago to grind our own dog food. It does a great job of grinding chicken with the bones. We chop up the larger leg and thigh bones into smaller pieces before grinding, but it does fine with them. Quality product, we couldn't be more pleased with it.
