this is the best wied mouth funnel I think they make I was very pleased this one is very strong and is larger than most but still the right size for a homemaker that cans once in a while like me, however I sent two to my country cousins who cans alot and she was thrilled and impressed I truely rate this funnel a "10"Customer Review: A nice piece of equipment

Its well made, fits my standard wide-mouth jars, and cleans up well. Because its stainless steel it doesn't react to my fermented pickle brine and it cleans up easily since I can heat it a little. This is much better than a cheaper plastic one and worth the extra price.Customer Review: metal is thin

The metal is so thin that the funnel edges feel sharp. While stainless steel is preferred over plastic, the metal edges should have been made thicker or more finished. This funnel is the best I have used, the mouth is large enough to make filing the jars with hot items very easy, the neck fits the small mouth jars so well it is hands free stable, the fact it is made out of Stainless Steel this should be the last canning funnel I buy.Customer Review: funnel

When I ordered my canning utensil set I was told by others that have been canning for years to purchase this funnel aswell the plastic one wears out due to heat in the utensil set I received I would recommend this to everyone
