I found mine in an antique store, and I discovered I could not find 7 identical for my 7 kids...so I was pleased to find them on Amazon-they will be under the tree for Christmas with my recipe! I love spaetzle and when I ordered this spaetzle maker I was concerned that it may not be very sturdy because of the low price. Not only was it sturdy it make great spaetzle and quick. Very little mess to clean up and easy to use.

This type of spaetzle maker is easier to manuveur than the old press kind and much easier on the hands. The difference is that this new spaetzle maker makes smaller noodles than the old. It is great for us elderly that don't have much strength left.
