I'm 6'4". I'm 200lbs. I'm a large person, and I have to shop for clothing in the XXL section, no matter where I shop. And these oven mitts made my hand look like a toddler trying on Paul Bunyan's older, taller brother's boxing gloves. In other words: too freaking huge. Not what you want when you may be holding onto something 400 degrees or hotter.
What's worse is the quality. Terrible stitching around the seams almost caused me a nasty burn when some of the heat from the pan I was holding got through them, which sort of defeats the purpose of silicone oven mitts in the first place, doesn't it?
So let's sum up: freakishly large as well as poorly made, sort of like the Frankenstein's monster of cooking gloves. Yeah, not very hot stuff indeed.
