So how excited can you be about little bowls? Well I wouldn't say they changed my life or anything, but I do like cooking a lot more now that I can lay out all my ingredients (a la food network host style) and have a relatively stress free time.
These bowls in particular are sturdy yet flexible, a difficult balance to obtain. They are easy to clean and I've used them a number of times over the past two weeks. A handy gadget at a good price, especially as part of the 4 for 3 promotion.

I can't come to an end of how many ways to use these handy little pinch bowls, but I will have to get a couple more sets as they are GR8 to have! Such a multi-tasker & I advise them for any kitchen whether you cook much or not. You'll find uses for these creative & colorful tools you never imagined & when you do, you'll wonder how you got on without the. They bend & just that alone, using them to funnel things in small openings, is worth the $3.99 I paid for my set.Customer Review: more junk in the drawer

This was a impulse item that looked cool. After we got them they sat on the counter for a couple of days so we can stare at them deciding what to do with them. Well, we found one. Instead of pouring salt and spices out of their mega container and killing your recipe, pour it in these nifty little bowls, just in case. hehe. Do you need them? Heck, no! I first saw this type of pinch bowl used by one of the chefs on the Food Network. A great concept for a cook with carpal tunnel. They are pliable and small enough but not too small for use with spices. I initially thought some of the finer ground spices would stick but they haven't so far. I don't use a dish washer so I can't comment on how they fare with the hot water, a simple hand wash and rinse is just fine. They are what I expected for my use.Customer Review: Salt well, spice mix, general use. Thumbs Up.

I have had these for almost two years now. Dishwasher safe and easy to use and clean. I always have one half full with kosher salt as my salt well for cooking and general use. I'll make a spice mix and pour it from the mortar into one of these and it's good to use and the colors help you know what is what at a glance.
They work, very little wear after two years of use and dishwasher cleaning.
Decent bang for the buck.
