We were new to pasta making and this press makes the most perfect little raviolis. We have filled them with meat and just a plain cheese and ricotta filling and both have sealed nicely and cooked perfectly. Our next challenge will be to use a flavored pasta dough like garlic, lemon or spinach for an even more delightful ravioli.Customer Review: Simple. Works great.

This is simple to use and works great. I made pumpkin ricotta. The trick is to not over stuff them so they don't explode and use plenty of flower on the metal to it wont stick. Then you just send the rolling pin over it and they are cut and ready to go. All the extra flower comes off in the water anyways. This is a great buy.Customer Review: Just right...

We bought this form about a year ago and it works perfectly. It's just the right size for dough coming off pasta roller, cutting edges are sharp and cut right through the dough. As for sticking?? flour it well OR first put a piece of plastic wrap between the former and first sheet of pasta and you lift the ravs out easily..Customer Review: Terrific Ravioli Maker

I love this item! It makes ravioli-making a breeze. I am grateful for the previous tips on spraying the metal grid with cooking spray first. I forgot the first time. What a mess!! After that, perfect ravioli! I used the recipe on the box the first time and they were great. I now need a good source for semolina flour!Customer Review: Super Easy

Got this based on a review, hard to believe it could be this easy but it was. Learned to put light coat of cooking spray on metal form to aid in releasing the finished product. Mushroom, spinach, cheese filling, just cheese, crab filling, only problem is everyone wants fresh pasta and ravioli now!
