After they have cooled down they are ready to be filled with whatever you wish.Reduce the fat at the next Mexican fiesta with Norpro's tortilla bowl makers. these tortilla bakers quickly crisp tortillas into a shell that's ideal for serving taco salads, salsa, or dip. They're simple to use: just press a tortilla into a baker, pushing it into the curves, and then bake it for 8 to 10 minutes. After a five-minute cool-down period, the now-crisp tortilla can be stuffed with beans, meat, lettuce, cheese, chiles, and whatever else you want. The 2-1/4-inch-deep by 8-1/2-inch-wide bakers can also be used for brioche (there's a good recipe on the box) and other breads, desserts, and molded salads.
