Customer Review: Great Results, Clean Up A Chore

I really love this pan! I enjoy making pound cakes and love to give them as gifts to family and friends. Many of my girlfriends requested a mini version of my pound cakes so they wouldn't feel guilty about indulging! So, I started looking for a mini version of the 10" tube pan I normally use and this fit the bill. This pan is very well made --heavy duty, almost commercial quality construction. My pound cakes baked up wonderfully and tasted great! No change to taste or texture, which is key for me. One caveat, don't let your cakes cool more than 10 minutes in the pan or you will get sticking problems, even if you grease and flour the pan. Also, clean up is a bit tedious because the center tube is not removable. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this product and recommend it highly.
