I used to roast garlic by wrapping it up in foil and putting that in the oven, which proved to be a real pain in the neck. This roasts the garlic really well, the only thing I can say is that if you drizzle olive oil over the garlic (as I do) that I've experienced some "stickiness" that is hard to get off, but that's probably due more to the oil than the roaster.Customer Review: The base cracked the first time we used it!

We followed the instructions to the letter about soaking it in water, putting it in the over before preheating, etc... and it came out of the oven with a big crack in the base the very first time. I put this in the microwave for 1 minute and out comes the most delicious cooked garlic! You don't have to add anything to it! Cooked garlic, just by itself is very sweet- even my 2 year old enjoys it.Customer Review: Love it!

My husband and I love this item! We can fit 2 (or sometimes 3) garlic bulbs into this garlic baker that we put into our little convection oven. It's really easy and the garlic comes out perfect!
