I don't know what kind of giant patties the other reviewer is having trouble with, but these spatula tongs have helped me achieve perfect grilled cheese sandwiches!! I like to make grilled cheese with tomatoes inside, and before I got these tongs the tomatoes would always spill out when I flipped the sandwich. But thanks to these babies I now have grilled cheese perfection! They are easy to handle and hold all the contents of my sandwich together. I'm so glad I found them here on Amazon. Also they are eligible for the 4 for 3 promotion which is great.
