The Norpro Grip-EZ is a great little composter for the kitchen. It's well built and easy to clean. I have been using it for about 3 months. Keeping the organic waste out of the regular trash really helps keep odors down in the kitchen. Once or twice a week I empty the composter in the woods behind my house.Customer Review: great size for counter

This is a great counter top composter. It's a nice shiny stainless steel-holds a good amount of material, w/ no smell or fruit flies.
Interior is smooth & doesn't have a "lip" which might catch debris. Very satisfied ! (actually ordered a 2nd one for a friends bday- after they commented on ours)

This is a great container to hold compost. I am a teacher and purchased it for my classroom. Sometimes we change it every few days and it is great at "containing" the odor of the food inside. It opens up easily has a comfortable handle even for younger kids. I would recommend this over the plastic ones.Customer Review: very handy

It looks great on my countertop and works exactly as promised. I don't have fruit fly problems as mentioned by other reviewers. We empty it about once per week, rinse it, and then start all over again.
