This is a great pan - not heavy, easy to clean up, works from the minute you take it out of the box. I had been trying unsuccessfully (for a YEAR) with aluminum and other non-stick pans to make some African and Asian recipes that require a mold shaped like this, but without success... until the day this arrived in the mail. Thank you, thank you Norpro. No need to pay for the more expensive one. This is rock solid, cheaper and does the job it's made for perfectly. I love it.
