Love this pan! I had a hard time finding one without nonstick coating and this is it! After seasoning it once, nothing sticks to the cast iron. When I fist saw the pan, it looked tiny. The Danes I know who've made aebleskiver for decades thought small too. But it works great! There's not any space wasted and you can cook all you want on a small burner as a result. Great product, great innovation.Customer Review: This is a GREAT buy!

I really thought there was no way this pan could be any good. The price is just too amazing. But it is a solid heavy-duty cast iron pan. Really.
It's small, yes. All of these pans are. And you won't do better on the price.

This turned out great! I followed the recipe on the package and cooked them one evening at a family reunion. Everybody loved them! I couldn't cook them fast enough. And I had fun all while cooking them!
