This is a very exciting product at an affordable price. It is surprisingly heavy for its size and the cardboard wrapper has an aebleskiver recipe (no sugar required). Made in Taiwan.
The pan needs to be seasoned but I only oiled it when it was heated and the aebleskivers released without a problem. My first attempt was successful.

This pan is only 6" wide, so it takes forever to cook a decent amount for a famiy. I had a large pan before, this one doesn't even cover the burner. I would recommend spending more money and getting a decent size pan. I bought one of these pans for my girlfriend. I was having a hard time finding one like my mum had from years ago. Well this one is the same pan. Quality pan and wait till you start experimenting with all the different desserts and dishes you can make. Recommend this little pan to everyone. What a fun little item. A great starter pan at a great starter price. Aebelskivers are a round (think baseball) pancake, that may or may not have some sort of filling. I was a little hesitant to purchase as I have a ceramic top stove. There was no problem with heat dispersement and we had wonderful golden aebelskivers.Customer Review: help?

I don't understand what is up with this pan! I got it and seasoned it as stated, but when I washed it, it got a rusty coating on it, that stains anything it touches. I didn't use soap on it, only water. It is now sitting in my garage and will probably end up in the trash. At least it only costs me 9.00.....
