Customer Review: The aeblelskiver pan is exactly what my husband wanted!

My husband has been wanting an aebleskiver pan ever since his roommate made aebleskivers after they returned from serving in the Viet Nam war. I found a recipe at our local library, but we had been unable to find a pan to cook them in. Then one day I thought, "Hey, I wonder if there's one on Amazon?" And, sure enough, we found one for the right price and shipping. Was a great buy...and, if you've never tried aebleskivers, you ought to...they're great! (Aebleskivers are little round ball-type pancakes -- a Swedish delicacy, I think (or Norweigan). You serve them with powdered sugar or any number of toppings. Delicious!)
