This item takes the guess work out of roasting everything! All enternal cooking tempetures are clearly set out and displayed on this handy magnetic reference plaque. I have mine attached to the refrigerator close to the oven so that I can easily refer to it as needed. Overall, wish I had bought it sooner!Customer Review: So very handy...

My husband and I rely greatly on our thermapen and laser gun thermometer to ensure proper temps, but always had to pull out cookbooks to determine safe temperatures. This is now on our fridge and saves us so much time. We love it!Customer Review: Excellent product

Very handy to have a reference that is readily available to look at when cooking. Being magnetic means it is right on the fridge door where I can find it instantly, not buried in a drawer where it isn't easy to find.
