The filter set appears to be working fine. The set includes a square filter and a round thing. I'm not sure if the round thing is also a filter or if it's just to hold the square filter in place in the lid. This product works as promised, it keeps the compost from smelling in your kitchen. However, I expected to get two sets of filters, and not just two pieces that are what the compost bin came with. Either way, I'm glad I'll have an extra set once mine starts to smellCustomer Review: Works well

We put every thing that can be composted into
the keeper and it is days sometimes before we
can empty it. This does a good job of keeping
the odor in the can and not seeping out into the
kitchen.

There's really not much to say about this, but if you have the "Stainless Steel Compost Keeper", these replacement filters are must. Each one really does last a while, so you will not need to have many of these... but they work well.Customer Review: Exactly as needed

The filters on my stainless steel compost keeper were getting thin and worn and needed replacement and I was having problems with fruit flies getting inside. These filters fit perfectly and took care of the fly problem.
