I loathe nonstick cookware. In a few decades I don't want to imagine what cancers we're going to link back to Teflon. Good old stainless steel eliminates that worry. These also look good, retaining their bright appearance after multiple uses. I only got two initially, but I'll likely get more in the near future.Customer Review: The Best

Instead of using plate guards for our handicapped clients (the plate guards always slip off the plate etc.) we use the stainless steel cake pans which have really nice high sides. And they clean so nicely.Customer Review: very good purchase for the price
