I received the pan today and made the donuts tonight. :) They came out perfectly. I filled the cups about 7/8 full - perfect. Browned them lightly, exactly on time. To get the donuts out, I just tapped the pan and they fell out. No need to spray, grease or whatever. Clean-up was simple - I just wiped the cups out. No scrubbing or soaking. I love this pan! (I made gluten-free, vegan donuts, and they worked great in here - didn't notice any difference.) Buy it!Customer Review: doughnut pans

These doughnut pans are just great. They come with a recipe but I used the recipe that came with the Family Circle Magazine--similar except for less sugar. Just spray the pans good before you put the batter in the pans. I did not use a bag to fill the pans--I just put the batter in the pans with a small spoon and smoothed out the batter--it works just fine. The doughnuts are great and you can make your icing if you wish or eat them plain.Customer Review: Good alternative to fried donuts

I got this pan because my 3 year old loves donuts and askes for them all the time. The recipe that came with the pan was just okay, with a good frosting they were good. I found a recipe on [...] for a fluffy baked donut and with a little cin&sugar they were great. Light and fluffy. My dd at the whole donut instead of just the frosting. I ordered these for my daughters to give as Christmas gifts. I have made home made fried donuts for years and everyone loves them. I thought this seemed like a fund idea and an alternative to fried. They all love to bake for their families. It will be fun to see the reactions when they open them on Christmas. I am sure they will be a hit.

The non-stick surface on this pan is excellent. The heat is even and the doughnuts turned out terrific. The recipe on the back is a great first recipe that we'll use again and again. The doughnuts are a little heavy in weight but the flavor is great and the reduction in calories makes it possible to enjoy doughnuts without all the guilt!
