I was excited to get this for Christmas, but I've had a couple of problems with it. Like other reviewers have said, the residue from the label is very difficult to get off, though I was able to manage. But worse, when I used it for the first time, it cracked right down the middle. It's not a huge crack and is still usable, but I expected a little better for the first use. Otherwise, it does work nicely for getting the pizza in and out of the oven!
