I hope these reviews are true. I am ordering one right now and, if it works and keeps my cup hot, I'll order more for gifts and another for myself. I'll let you know more later, after I use this product. I am tired of drinking cold tea and coffee.

I'd love to work at making these or designing my own cup heater. Seems nobody does it well. But this one seems to satisfy some people. I'll give it a whirl and see for myself.

Wide base holds large cups! I searched high and low for a flat bottom coffee mug to make more contact with the base warmer to no avail... so I use a 1-1/2"W x 1/16" thick steel washer to fill the space between mug and warmer and Voila, works like a charm. (Not that the base isn't hot enough on it's own.) Be sure to turn off the warmer cause it'll carmelize empty coffee at the bottom of cup. I'd recommend this to anyone; have bought a couple more as gifts.Customer Review: Beveral Warmer

The warmer is great. At first, I was hesitant to buy it because the warmer didn't have an on/off switch on the base. I finally decided to purchase it because unlike other beverage warmers, this one has a whopping 24 watts of power, just enough to keep your beverages warm. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the on/off switch is in a convient place, located on the cord about 2 inches from the base. Keep your cube warm all weekend with this since you'll probably leave it on frequently. The switch is on the short power cord meaning you'll have to get a hernia crawling under your desk every time you want to change from on to off. There's a little light that's not very bright to remind you it is on, but you won't notice, especially if your work area is properly lit.
It does keep your drink warm. That's what its supposed to do. Yay!

This is my first cup warmer- it was purchased after reading the positive reviews. Just love it! It keeps my tea/coffee at just the right temperature. Living in Colorado and we can have some cold days and nights and this gem really help. Plan to purchase another one for a friend.
One Tip if you place a "lid" on your cup it will stay piping hot for hours. The plastic top from a pint of Haagen Daas ice cream is a perfect fit for my cup.
