I bought this as a Christmas gift for a "food person". He owns a local food cart in Ann Arbor that features breakfast burritos. Those naturally require a lot of homemade salsa and the pepper corer is a great tool and time saver. If you eat a lot of peppers, this is a good way to keep your hands from burning while you're prepping them. It works great on jalapenos. It's a little snug, so I'd avoid trying it on anything even slightly smaller.Customer Review: Love it!
