I WAS A BIT DISAPOINTED WITH THE SIZE , WEIGHT , AND FINISH OF THE SET . THE NAME NORDIC WARE , CONJURED UP IMAGES OF TOUGH VIKINGS WITH SHIELDS AND BROAD AXES STORMING A CASTLE . IF THEY HAD TO COOK WITH THESE CHEAP TOOLS THEY WOULD NOT HAVE ENOUGH STRENGTH TO PLAY CAPTURE THE FLAG .Customer Review: Disappointed!

I've used the baking sheet of this set maybe 10 times in my toaster over and the teflon is already flaking off. I was very suprised, since I've been careful cleaning it so as not to scratch the teflon, but the teflon is peeling off anyway. I had mine for a couple of years maybe, maybe less and being cautious not to use sharp objects and hand washing, for no apparent reason the teflon started to flake off...not a quality product to last and who wants to injest teflon. It's now a drip pan for my Weber propane grill...Customer Review: exactly as described

handy size; rack can be used in either pan; GREAT nonstick coating. nice weight & construction.
perfect for a 1-2 person easy supper. I steam-roasted veg in the deep pan while, on top, fish fillets baked on the rack in the shallow pan. So glad I made this purchase!!!!

These are the best sized and heavier weight pans for compact counter top ovens, but the finish comes off after several uses. This has been a common complaint, but Nordicware hasn't done anything about it. I continue to use them at my own peril... (is that pepper or pan flakes?)
