Customer Review: Poor Packaging for Shipment

This pan set is an ideal size for a toaster oven. But, I received mine in a damaged state because Nordic Ware can't put a piece of light cardboard or thin foam packaging to separate the broiler rack from the broiler pan in shipment. As a result the broiler rack scratched and dented the broiler pan in all four corners.
I've complained directly to Nordic Ware, so hopefully they will correct this in the future.

I have this set, and in less than a month the teflon began flaking off.
I do not use scrubbies just a sponge and dish liquid. As soon as the teflon began to flak off the product started to rust.
I received this as a gift and felt so bad when the person that gave them to me saw what had happened. He felt very bad. Shame on Nordic Ware they usually have a fair product for the money.

I bought this set for my wife and we used it maybe 3 times and the deep pan started to loose its teflon coating, called Nordicware and they were quick to replace it upon receipt of the old pan. Not one hassle other than you have to pay the shipping to them. Over all I would rate it a great set and do agree that it could use a lip on all of them as it is difficult to grab them with a pot holder.

I had these for a couple of years and they stood up to abuse. They didn't peel but I never scrubbed them.
It is great not to have to scrub and soak every time I warm up some pizza rolls or a leftover.
Just wipe 'em off with a soft sponge and rinse. No oven cleaner and no dishwasher please!
I wouldn't say they are designed for heavy cake baking or roasts though.

This is a very nice little set for the small toaster oven. It arrives exactly as pictured in a neat little package. The pieces are of sturdy construction and should last a very long time. The dimensions are approximately 10" x 7.5" and the nonstick grill fits inside the pans nicely to raise what you're cooking above the drippings. Cleanup is quick and easy since the grill is coated.
