The pan is a 9 inch by 9 inch cast aluminum with easy to clean non-stick surface. This pan is durable and easy to use and the cast aluminum distributes heat evenly. The recipe is included to make decorative shortbread with snowflakes. Proudly made in the USA by Nordic Ware.Winter cheer abounds with this lovely snowflake pan by NordicWare. Abundantly decorated for fun baking now and festive snacking later, the square shape embosses nine snowflakes complete with trimming onto shortbread, crackers, biscuits, or pan cookies.
