I ordered the scone pan wondering if it would make much of a difference in ease of preparation. Yes,it does. No worrying about measuring amounts of dough. You just add more liquid to the batter,yours or a King Arthur mix,fill the sections of the pan and bake. Presto! Perfect scones!Customer Review: Nordi ware scone / cornbread pan.

This pan is the greatest. I put a cornbread mix in the pan and it worked out perfect. It was the best. Next I will make scones. I know they will be perfect also. Nordic is a good brand I have never bought a pan that wasn't to my liking. Make the perfect scones every time.Customer Review: Love this pan!

Went to lunch at a friend's house and she served homemade soup and cornbread in this pan. I loved the look of it on the table (quite Little House On the Prarrie look) and the cornbread turned out great. Love that you can cook it and serve it in the same pan.Customer Review: many uses, cooks great!!

I have found a favorite use for this item...make drop biscuits and cook in this pan. They form a nice crispy crust, rise well, and do not stick. Pan also great for scones, corn bread, and cookies. I don't know about cornbread in this pan, but my scones sure did come out beautiful in it. This is yet another high quality item from Nordic Ware. It is easy to clean too. Making scones is a guaranteed success with this pan.
