These pans are really worth the money. I purchased one and liked it so much that I ordered another one, since the recipe I use was enough for 2 pans. I tried making the scones without the pans, same recipe, and they did not turn out well at all, so without question the pans make the difference. Clean up is easy, spray Pam on them, and the scones just fall out, nice and crisp on the sides, symmetrical and beautiful. I have not used it for cornbread yet, but see no reason to believe it would be different.Customer Review: Awesome!

Any recipe that calls for a 9" pan, just divide the batter/dough evenly within the 8 compartments follow specified cooking time and voilà! Great item, no need to use butter or spray, baked goods slide right out and clean-up is a snap! After keeping this item in my wish list for some time now, I broke down and bought it. I'm Soooo glad I did and only wish I had done so sooner, I made cornbread in it last night and it turned out beautifully!Customer Review: full disclosure please

Have not usued pan yet. Purchased because of good price.
When I received the pan I noticed a sticker on top pan wrapper with a big "IR" on
it, I take it this means irregular. Is this the reason for the good price, because it is a "second". Pan has small defects but maybe these will not affect the the use
outcome. I gave the rating a 1 star because the product was not advertised as an irregular item.

I bought the Nordic Ware Scottish Scone & Cornbread Pan for my mom as a Christmas present and she has been very pleased with this piece of kitchenware. The pan is very light but sturdy. So far, we have cooked cornbread in the pan and each and every piece was perfectly done and slid out of the pan without peeling, breaking or leaving residue on the finish. My husband loves cornbread with 'crunchy' edges and this was a perfect solution for his taste! Every time I have used it, the cornbread turned out perfect with the edges he loves. Absolutely no sticking problems with this pan (I had tried several different types of pans in the past and had a little problem getting the cornbread out)! I love Nordic Ware and highly recommend this pan.
