These TV Dinner Plates used to be made by Plastics, Inc. a Division of Anchor Hocking, Inc. better known as a glass manufacturer. Now they are made by NordicWare. I note the same plastic extrusion press markings on back, although a label change. Made in the USA! They are excellent for dieters for portion control as they are not deep and are suggestive of the appropriate portions. The cover is not designed for trips so taking to work for lunch requires banding and level stacking. This aside, they are ideal for making your own health-conscious TV dinners and stack and store in frig or freezer. Much healthier than store bought TV dinners. Using a microwave, refrigerator to table in 3 minutes! Easy cleanup!
I did notice in the most recent order that the thickness of the plates had been increased slightly improving durabilty! Very good NordicWare! Not only Made in USA but first quality!
