I have bought several of the bundt cake keepers, not only to use as a cake keeper, but I use them for pastries, muffins, and like items. It helps keep them fresh and protected from contamination and easy access. Just a note, do not use the plate to heat up items in the microwave as it will begin to spider crack. I learned the hard way. I do recommend this product as a durable ware for cakes and pastries. I will continue to buy more as I need them.Customer Review: SENSITIVE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGES

I have granite counter tops and when I placed a barely warm cake on the bottom part of this keeper, the bottom proceeded to slowly crack from one side to the other. I also took this to work during winter, about 45 degrees, and thus another crack developed. It is still usable, but I worry that it will completely sever. The keeper looks great, but the plastic is thin and apparently is not that durable.Customer Review: actually a bit fragile...

The lid-lock is excellent, and this is perfect for carrying specialty bundt cakes for elementary school functions (or whatever). There is plenty of room for the Christmas tree bundt cake.
However, I must say that the claim regarding "High-impact clear plastic" doesn't apply to UPS shipping...if you get yours in one complete piece upon first shipping you are lucky.

This is an excellent design for attractively transporting bundt cakes. However, the plastic base has been accumulating tiny cracks every time I place even a barely warm cake on it. And yes, you have to be cery careful in general when handling (not exactly what you want from a plastic piece). When science catches up with aesthetics, we'll have a winner!Customer Review: Disappointing

I have had this a month, and used it twice. It has not been through a dishwasher and it has not been dropped. Yet the plate is starting to crack in several places. It is made from very poor quality plastic.
I love the design. I would have given this product five stars if it could have stood up to normal use.
