scones needs one of these pans. It bearly gets cold in my house, the scones disappear so
quickly. I wouldn't love baking them so much if this pan didn't perform as is does. Wonderful

So far, the pans are working well; even though the aluminum is thinner, also the webs between individual scones are not all the way up to the top as they were with the pans we bought two years ago, necessitating the cutting between each individual scone to prevent breaking (thank you very little).Customer Review: Love it!

This pan makes making blueberry scones so much easier and quicker. My recipe doesn't want to hold together because the blueberries are frozen so if I just pack the loose "batter" into these forms, I get perfect scones in a fraction of the time. As you know Nordic Ware is a great brand and this pan is no disappointment. It is the perfect size and creates a golden crust on your scones. I love it and look forward to using it for cornbread too. This is a very nice pan, scones didn't stick and the ones I was able to remove intact had a great texture and looked picture perfect. As for the other ones, I feel I didn't press the dough in correctly. The dough canNOT be as crumbly as you typically leave scone dough.
