Customer Review: Great Little Kitchen Helper

I purchased this to as a helper in removing roasted chicken and other roasted meats from my 4 qt Nesco portable roaster oven. The sides of the cookwell are hot and getting roasted meats out can be a little tricky.
The Nesco does come with a rack, but the handles on this rack make lifing the roasted meat out of the cooker a snap. The photo is somewhat misleading since it shows the chicken being lifted with the hands unprotected. The rack will be hot to touch. I use Le Creuset Silicone Mini Cool Tool, Set of 2, Cobalt to protect my hands while lifting the rack from the hot roaster oven.
This rack fits the 4 qt Nesco as well as the Nesco 4816-25-30PR Professional 6-Quart Stainless Steel Roaster Oven with Glass Cover, Non-Stick Cookwell.
The rack is sturdy and very easy to clean. A great little kitchen helper..
