I am very impressed with this garlic chopper. It works quick and is very easy to use and clean. I got tired of hand chopping garlic all the time (I use it in just about everything) and this has already saved me time. I do chop the garlic cloves in half before putting them into the twister, and it makes getting it started much more effective. I highly recommend this product.
