Bought two weeks ago and am quite happy. After owning three electric frothers (non-pump) and being completely unhappy and out of batteries (two per week), I switched to the pump. I was skeptical since I had trie one before.
This one actually works. No instructions or fill lines, so one needs to improvise and pay attention. I find the best results come from filling the frother 1/4 to 1/3 full (I only use whole milk) heating the milk for a few minutes and then pumping vigorously for 10-30 seconds. After pumping I remove the pump, which can be a bit messy so have a bowl or something to catch the milk close by, and let it sit for 30-60 seconds. The froth hardens and is easily spooned out. Still works after two weeks and cappuccino for 3 each day.
I did find that the milk will leave burn marks on the frother so I pour any excess milk into a jar and store for the next day so I can clean the frother.
All very easy and at a good price (cheapest at the time I purchased).
I did not give it 5 stars because I would like my froth a bit drier.
