Customer Review: MISLEADING DESCRIPTION! BUYER BEWARE!

I'm glad that someone was smart enough to put some scraping blades on these mixing attachments, now they just have to learn to write better descriptions. After I received mine from Amazon, I discovered that it DID NOT FIT my Kitchenaid lift stand mixer as claimed in the description: "Fits all KitchenAid 6 quart & lift mixers regardless of KitchenAid model number". <---that is a lie. The title is also a lie, because I have a 5.5qt mixer, and this blade is too big for it. See title: "New Metro Design Beater Blade for KitchenAid 6-Quart & 5-Plus Mixers." I'm disappointed that I was lied to.Customer Review: Great Item!

I've had this item for several years, and love using it with my Kitchen Aid mixer. It truly scrapes the sides more thoroughly than the white blade mixer that comes standard with the mixer. Every once in awhile I will use the one that comes with the mixer, just to see the difference, and I always am pleased to have beater blade to use next time!! This one is purchased as a gift for my sister's birthday, as she likes to bake as much as I do. Also, whenever a friend gets a Kitchen Aid mixer, I am sure to let them know about this particular beater blade, as I think it does such a good job.Customer Review: Fantastic blade

My husband bought this for me as a gift - I love to bake and regularly haul out my 6qt KitchenAid mixer to whip up some cookies or cupcakes. I was amazed at how beautifully the blade will cream the butter and sugar - it's just photo-worthy! My cookies definitely came out better - had a little more height but still spread out when they baked, and my cupcakes are light and fluffy and gorgeous! What a great present! This would have 5 stars if the BeaterBlades were actually metal - doesn't seem like a good price for a plastic blade, when the KitchenAid metal blades are cheaper.Customer Review: Too good to be true

I saw this on Amazon.com and after reading a few reviews I put it on my Christmas List.
Got it for Christmas and used it the very next day. All I can say is "I can't wait until I have to bake cookies or a cake again!! I LOVE this blade!!! I only had to scrape the bowl once at the beginning (right around the top) and it did the rest of the work.
Liked the Beater Blade so much, I have given my future dil one for a shower gift and plan on buying one for my other dil, mom and sister. Really can't believe that KitchenAid didn't come up with this first.

Great Product! I was anxious to try this out, and as soon as it arrived I made a batch of cookies. The beater blade worked just as advertised, and I couldn't be happier. The blade I purchased is for a 6 qt. bowl, which is quite large for smaller batches, and the blade kept the dough from sticking to the sides of the bowl and mixing much more thoroughly. The blade is made of a heavy and very durable plastic, not metal, but plowed through my cookie dough just fine. This is a wonderful product and I would highty recomend it to anyone for any size machine.
