This unit is nice for frequent use, cumbersome for home use. The trays do not seal, and should be washed after use. I think it works well if you are making lots of drinks, but not the most efficient design if you just make them occasionally.

An essential tool for ALL bars. This professional glass rimmer is the best and fastest way to salt the rim of any cocktail glass for theThe rimmer features 3-Tiers - top tier has a sponge insert for juices (removable for easy cleaning). The bottom two tiers hold salt, sugar or your choice of garnish.
Simple to use! Moisten the rim of your glass by pressing on the sponge, then garnish by pressing the glass into one of the garnish reservoirs.
