I really like making jerky with Nesco's spice mixes. It had never occurred to me to build a shed out of it, as suggested in the product's description. One must have to really overdry the meat for it to hold up structurally. What happens when it rains? And how many pounds of sliced beef would be required? It seems like wood would be a lot less expensive building material. But not nearly as tasty!
