Customer Review: Love this, but it does not get the turkey skin crispy

I do like this roaster but the turkey skin does not get Brown or Crispy.
We don't eat the skin anymore, but it does look good when the skin is brown.
I use paparika for color, plus other herbs etc.
If anyone has figured out how to get brown turkey skin, please leave a review on how
you did it.
I think it steams the turkey, but it is juicy.
Can use this for a big cassrole etc.Pull apart pork, chicken, roasts.
I also use this roaster to make 3 or more large briskets. Cook till soft (about 2 1/2 hours or more, 325), but not falling apart...I put the inside well into the frig when just about done. Next day take off the top fat, & slice it up while cooled.I let it marinate another day, then heat it up about one hour before serving.
It's already cut and ready to go.
Serve with garlic potatoes or mashed, veggies, salad, rolls.
In the summer I put the roaster outside on the table, plug it in. It doesn't heat up my kitchen.
I can go away for the day and use this as a slow cooker.
When using this roaster, make sure its not under a cabinate. It gets too hot & steamy, and can ruin your cabinates. I have also used it on top of my dryer, or in the garage. (garage is clean and connect to the house.
I have two other smaller electric roasters, but I think Nesco makes the best ones.The heat is even, and the Nesco's last longer.
I Gave this a 4 star, cause it does not brown the turkey, or any meat.
