I somehow missed the review that was made on this seller regarding the fact that they sell unactivated cards.
Do not buy from this seller, I bought two $25 cards and neither were activated. Still waiting for my refund. I am LIVID.

I ordered a NeoCash card from Target@Amazon (the page you're on now) and they did not activate the card, so I paid $25 for a piece of plastic. All they can do is give you a refund - they can not activate it! Buy it from other sellers!
