Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Natures Miracle Stain and Odor Remover 128ozCustomer Review: THIS IS HOW YOU USE THIS PRODUCT Summary: 4 Stars
Okay, so after moving into my new house I was hoping beyond all hope that my little pug wouldn't pee on the carpet. Well, here I am five months later and, low and behold, the little stinker strikes! So let me get to the point here. Nature's Miracle does work. However, it works at its best when used in the following manner. When your little pet strikes, take a few paper towels and GENTLY soak up as much of the pee as you can. Repeat this process with many paper towels until you have soaked up as much as you can. DO NOT RUB, DO NOT ADD WATER! Now get yourself a measuring cup, and here is why you buy the gallon sized. Pour between 6-8 ounces of the product over the spot. This is about how much pee comes out of a little dog, so you want to match that. Let the product soak in the spot and dry as long as it needs. Do not simply spray the spot, because, trust me, the pee HAS gone down to the pad, and a little spray will not do the job. Now, after the spot has dried, you may want to apply to spray, just for a little extra treatment. I had a 24 ounce spray bottle that I refilled with the gallon, but it left me with plenty to treat the problem initially the way I had described.
Customer Review: Not A Miracle Summary: 1 Stars
I have a dog that had decided to start urinating in spots on my floor. I didnt realize it untill I started smelling it. I bought a black light kit that had a sample of Stink-Free in it, but had heard so many great thing about Natures Miracle, I disregarded the stink free product and bought a big bottle of Natures Miracle and poured it onto the spots that I had discovered by the black light and let me tell you with in a day I walked into my apartment and it smelled horrible 10times worse like my apt was covered in urine. Mind you I had since locked my dog up in a tiled area in my apt, in which she didnt use the bathroom in my apt that day. So the stinch was Natures Miracle making the urine worse. I remembered the sample of Stink free I had and used it on a few spots and it instantly smelled better. The next day the spots that I put the Stink free on didnt smell like urine anymore, but the spots that have the Natures Miracle still smell horrible. I will be going to the store today to buy a big bottle of Stink Free and will be contacting Natures Miracle for a refund on their bad product.
Customer Review: What they don't tell you... Summary: 1 Stars
I read rave reviews of this and tried it at the recommendation of a friend who (like me) has multiple cats. I have a sprayer and a neuro who can't use the litterbox, a tiled home (no carpet) and very little furniture. I found that this product is basically an oily carrier for a heavy perfume. Yes, if you saturate the "accident" area with this stuff, the original smell will go away, because the perfume will cover it up. But the solution will leave an indelible oily stain on EVERYTHING, including clay and ceramic tile, painted walls, various plastics, and galvanized steel. Thank goodness I didn't try it on fabric. Even after scrubbing with Dawn detergent (to remove the oil) and bleach (to get out the smell) I still have spots (including outdoors, exposed to wind and desert sun) that reek a month later. The spots cleaned just with bleach in water (even on saltillo tile) are free of stains and stink. And the scent is sufficiently irritating that I don't want it around me OR my cats.
Customer Review: It truly is Nature's Miracle Summary: 5 Stars
Not only is this product great for removing pet stains such as urine; it has many other uses. One of our dogs went into heat unexpectedly and left stains all over the light colored carpeting while I was at work. The stains had sat there for hours and I was sure they would have set in already. I tried Nature's Miracle on the stains and they came out of the carpeting. While still in amazement that those stains disappeared, I tried this product on an old lasagne stain that was on the dining room carpeting; it took the stain out. We also use this product on heavily traveled carpet areas to pretreat the carpet before shampooing; it works great! I have also found wonderful uses for this product as a pretreatment when it comes to laundry stains. It won't remove everything, but organic stains do come out if Nature's Miracle is used before any other type of cleaning agent is used. We definitely keep the gallon sized container on hand for many household uses, in addition to pet stains.
Customer Review: Truly a 5 Stars
Any home with a pet, should have Nature's
We pour our gallon of Nature's Miracle into a large garden sprayer. The nozzel can be adjusted for heavy saturation needs to slight spray for little drips.
Save money by using a black light to only spray where needed.
Potty training a new puppy wasn't nearly as bad with Nature's Miracle on hand!!!!!!!!
We turned our neighbor onto this product. She has cats that were peeing under her oxygen generator. The generator was heating the pee as they pee'd. The smell was toxic!!! The smell knocked you out when you walked in the door! She poured an entire gallon of Nature's Miracle on the area. After it dried, their was a slight hint of pee, so she repeated the process. Amazingly the smell was gone. All I can say is, if this product isn't working in your house, you are not following directions and are using it to sparingly!
