Is this stuff absolutely perfect? No, but it does a really good job. I highly recommend it for organic stains such as coffee or urine. It really does help get rid urine smells, just make sure you don't use other chemicals before hand.
The vendor I bought mine from sent it quickly and the jug was in good condition. The sprayer may be leaky for some as it is for me but I'm guessing that's because its' a cheaply made device. None the less, this is a good deal if you can find it cheap.

We've used this stuff for years and it works well.
I bought this for the extra volume 1.5 gallons. I was a bit surprised to see they are still sending it with the pump. The last battery operated pump we had was USELESS. Bottom line, it doesn't pump, it makes the nearly empty bottle tip over from its weight, and the tubing makes it awkward. Better to pour into a hand operated spray bottle. I would have preferred just a big ole jug of Nature's Miracle.

It's good for removing stains and controls the dog urine odor well, but the stains still show up brightly under the UV detection light. So whenever you use the UV light, old stains appear just as bright as new stains. It's impossible to tell them apart, even after multiple saturation's, scrubbing and blotting....
I get the same results with oxy-clean & it's much cheaper!
(The battery powered squirt handle is pretty cool though!)

The product itself does an OK job on removing stains. Manufacturer claims it removes the odor from carpets, but I can't verify (ask our dogs if they agree). The spray gun that comes with this product if VERY poor. We bought two of these - one worked for the first half of the jug before dying, the other never worked at all. Ended up buying a pump sprayer at Lowe's and applying it that way.Customer Review: good remover but pump is cheap and not worth it

I have used Natures Miracle before and love the product itself. I purchased this one with the power sprayer hoping it would make my job easier. However the pump broke on the first use. The battery compartment had to be taped on or the batteries fell out and after the first use the sprayer just stopped working. Tried everything to fix it but you cant fix something that is so cheaply made.
